While placing the safety of our employees and their communities as our number one priority, we have made numerous operational adaptations to enable us to meet your product needs. A few updates: 

  • Orders, Quotes and Inquiries – sales@automationpioneer.com continues to be available 24/7 and provides you with many self-serve options that support ordering, requesting and confirming quotes, processing returns or accessing technical information and product specifications.
  • Product Availability – Our distribution remain operational and for the immediate future. We are in communication with our partners and suppliers so that we can continue to provide the equipment, supplies and consumables you need.
  • Customer Service and Technical Support – Many of our employees have transitioned to working remotely. You can continue to contact your sales rep or our customer service or technical support teams as you would normally. You may experience slight delays, but your call is extremely important to us, we will respond as quickly as possible.
  • Shipping – We will do our best with shipping lead times, but similar to all businesses, expedites may be impacted, but we will ensure urgency when possible. Should we need to make any operational changes to ensure continued vigilance of health and safety, we will be sure to contact you.
